To put it yet another way, the intention of inculturating makes sense only if no harm is being done to the culture by the way that, through the common direction imparted by the truth of humanity, it is opened up and further developed by a new cultural force. Whatever elements in any culture exclude such opening up and such cultural exchange represent what is inadequate
